1. Points can be earned on The Malls Club Membership Card when purchases are made in any shops in The Malls at Oriental Plaza or in any F & B outlets of the Grand Hyatt Beijing. In order to record points, card members must present their Membership Card and official invoices to a customer service counter on the same day of purchase. For every RMB 10 spent, one point will be earned. 2. Card members can obtain details of offers by visiting www.orientalplaza.com, or members can check their bonus point balance at the coupon redemption machines installed at The Malls at Oriental Plaza. 3. Card members can choose particular offers by making selections on the touch-screen of the coupon redemption machine.Bonus points will be deducted automatically and a voucher coupon will be issued. 4. Voucher coupons can be used at participating shops and restaurants.     1. The coupon redemption machine is made up of 4 parts: * A large plasma monitor screen displaying current offers and promotions form participating shops and restaurants; * Two touch-screens listing detalls of all offers; * Two card-reading machines for checking account balances or deducting bonus points stored on the Membership Card; * Two slots for voucher coupon print-outs. 2. To check and account balance, card members simply press the "Check Point" button and put the Membership Card on the card-reading machine. Accumulated bonus points will be shown on the touch-screen. 3. Card members can check all offers and promotions from each tenant category listed on the touch-screen. 4. The "→" or "←" buttons can be pressed to browse offers provided by participating shops and restaurants. 5. To obtain preferred rewards, press "Get Coupon" and put the Membership Card on the card-reading machine. The required points will be deducted automatically and a voucher coupon will be issued.   1. All loyalty points accumulated within the year will be forfeited after midnight of December 31 in the next year. 2. Membership Cards and loyalty points are non-transferable. 3. Membership Cards cannot be used in place of cash or credit cards. 4. If a Membership Card is damaged, lost or stolen, card members should inform The Corporate Affairs Department of Oriental Plaza immediately. 5. The signing and usage of the Membership Card confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions of membership. 6. Card members should notify The Corporate Affairs Department of Oriental Plaza of any change of correspondence address and telephone number. 7. The Malls at Oriental Plaza reserves the right of interpreting the terms for usage of Membership Card without prior notice.
