The Tower Offices at Oriental Plaza were voted “Office of the Year in Beijing 2003” by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce, the China General Chamber of Commerce, renowned academic and research institutions, industry experts, and senior journalists from 15 major publications.

The Tower Offices have set five unprecedented records in Beijing’s office market – the development with the most large-area tenants, each occupying over 1,000 sq.m. of office space; the highest number of Japanese companies; the largest number of multinational insurance corporations; the most IT companies; and the highest number of top ranked international accounting firms. At present, with over 270,000 sq.m. of office space already leased out, The Tower Offices represent the largest leased office development in the capital city.
